Having scoliosis, I was always nervous about working out, but Isaiah has completely changed that for me. He took the time to understand my needs and created a workout plan that not only helped me get stronger but also made me feel more confident in my movements. I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength, mobility, and overall comfort, all while knowing I’m training in a way that’s safe for my body. Thanks to his support and knowledge, fitness has become a part of my lifestyle, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
